The BEST wood burning kit I have ever used!

I've had this set for about a month now and I love it! I've bought several other sets in the past and this one beats them all! The ability to heat two handles at once is very useful when working on a large project that requires many different tips. The tips themselves are extremely durable, making it easy to get the intended lines and shadows. I was surprised how thin I could draw the lines! Unlike other pens I've used in the past, these pens are comfortable to hold, easy to control, and don't require a lot of pressure to get the results you want. The temperature control works as it should and heats up the grips very quickly. I turn it up pretty high because my joints hurt and I don't want to push too hard, but even on lower settings it works great. I think the best thing about this kit is that it lasts a very long time. without having to switch off and cool down. Last year I worked on several items with other kits that needed cooling almost every 20 minutes! It seemed like these pens needed more pressure and time every 5 minutes to get my lines the way I wanted them, which was an excruciatingly long and frustrating process. But with this set, I was able to work for over an hour without having to apply any more pressure or turn everything off to cool! It will make this year's Christmas gifts much easier and more enjoyable! It's also great that they included some pieces of wood with the kit - that's a nice feature! Here are my recommendations for anyone buying this wood-burning fireplace. Kit: 1. Buy a small soft bag or carrying case to easily store and protect all parts. 2. Make sure the tips are fully inserted into the handles before tightening, otherwise the tip will not heat up properly.3. Use sponges! Pour some water on these sponges and rub them with the tip every few minutes to clean them up and keep your lines nice and clear. Be very careful when using pen holders when the pen is hot or warm. They're not the best or most durable in my opinion, and unless the buttons are pushed all the way into the mounts, there's a smell of burnt plastic. The holders also slide fairly easily (they aren't very heavy), so be careful! I'll probably make my own pen holders because I tend to be clumsy and afraid I might knock them off the table and burn something. 5. If you don't get very sharp lines, you need to either increase the heat, check that the tips turn on properly, or turn everything off and let it cool a bit. You don't have to press too hard to get thick lines. So if you find yourself pushing hard, fix some bugs. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! This is a quality product worth every penny!
