This product is a waste of money. I'm sending it back for a refund. This tablet is very slow and keeps freezing. The screen flashes. Reaction time . Terrible . "Preinstalled" apps should be downloaded as I was under the impression that "preinstalled" means "ready to use" as they say. The apps you download go to a different parental control screen, which is very inconvenient if I don't want my child to be in a part of the tablet where the internet is easily accessible. Why do I have to enter my password for him to access his kids games? So it's really not preset. Very disappointed with this product. The big problem for me is that it is very slow and keeps freezing as I mentioned. I will never recommend this product to anyone.
