My Pavilion g4-1315dx kept erroring on boot due to a non-functional fan so I knew it was time to swap one in. I didn't really know where to find one, until this popped up through an Ebay search. After a little internet help, I disassembled/reassembled my laptop casing and did the fan swap. When I booted it the first time, I was so relieved that everything went directly to Windows with no problems. 2 months later, still no issues. Wholeheartedly recommend.
