No fault of seller but damn whoever designed this at Audi 16 years ago shouldn't have a working brain. These things are almost impossible to put on if you leave the metal plate on but don't even think about taking it off. I figured it would be easier to install the rubber on the bottom first and then snap the metal plate into place. but no, it's actually impossible to go back. If you remove the metal plate, the item is effectively ruined and you have to start over. I would give it one star because I was annoyed that these things got installed but they are correct and fit my car and technically it was my fault they didn't work.
