Review on 📀 Sony BDPS3500 Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi (2015 Model): Entertainment at Your Fingertips by Kevin Williams

I only give 4 stars because this player has some flaws. and I had to exchange for another. We recorded our first player and set it up straight away. It worked great! I liked that I didn't have to turn on my computer and follow all the steps to call Amazon to watch shows and/or listen to music. The first day was great. the second is not perfect. After playing music (Pandora) for about 45 minutes, it froze. I tried a few things but nothing played, finally I unplugged it, waited 20 seconds and then plugged it back in. He came up and played the rest of the day with no problems. The next day was like the second, I had to turn it off, wait, reconnect, and so the day went by. The fourth failed like the second and third. must be switched off. Well, a week later I decided it was no longer profitable. I chatted with a Sony rep and he got me to do a factory reset of the box (after making sure my updates were done. They were.) It started playing again, but the next morning same problem again. So I called. I know companies have a lot of people answering their calls to troubleshoot, but the American caller needs to be able to find a person who speaks English clearly so they can understand them. Not to mention the language issues, she was no help. She repeatedly asked me to wait and come back with suggestions that we had already tried. After exhausting her "guide" (I think she read it), she explained that we had to refund her product as it was not compatible with our Samsung TV. For real? It's weird that everything else is our gear. Sound system, VHS, other DVDs worked perfectly and were Sony products. I contacted Revain and they sent me a new player (thanks Revain!). We replaced them and within two days everything was great. then a question. Luckily our friend had the same box and the same problems. They took theirs out of the closet and installed it on top (good airflow) and not a big problem. I researched the player. They might have 1/16 "legs" at the bottom and guess where the vent is at the bottom! I put 4 new legs on it, they fit about 1/4" and guess what, no more problems! I like my player now, works as it should, still sitting in my closet. Now I will add that it doesn't which is fastest for connecting to the internet, we even used an ethernet cable to see if that would help but it's still slow to connect I love Revain, Walmart has them at a much lower price offered probably because they are 2015 models so if you have problems don't assume it's junk, it could be a general overheating issue, I still think our first box didn't was perfect but the second one worked fine.** Changed. I disagree that maybe it's not rubbish. could very well be. It's having issues. more than I'm willing to continue has worked fine for the past 2 weeks with the "fix" mentioned above, then after posting my review it started having problems again (Murphy's Law?). At first it was sporadic, then after about a week daily, last week more than once a day had to restart (unplug power, wait, then try again). There could still be problems with the heating as we get a lot of heat from the sun and it's getting warmer outside, the whole house gets hot during the day. But enough already! It's inconvenient when you have to give up what you're doing to reload the box multiple times. So goodbye and I'm looking for the best. It may be a cheaper model, but this is the law of "you get what you pay for".
