Bought a small for my throwback pomeranian. Got a dog off craigslist 2 weeks ago and bought this because he contantly backs out of collar and harnesses are annoying to put on because he wiggles the whole time. I wanted a collar he couldnt escape because once he is loose its hard to catch him. This is strong and pretty on my 20lb male. The small fits prefect with a lot of room but he is done growning so no worries. I will buy again if this one fades or i just want another collar for him.His neck is between 11-12in this fit great.
