Received this item today after having a 2 day air shipping option. What I immediately noticed was disturbing. The processor cooler was attached to the processor. Upon further inspection, it turned out that it was NOT properly attached to the motherboard and the plate on the back of the board had fallen off. So I screwed it on, connected all the cables, turned on the power and no video. I tried turning it off with the power button on the case. Nothing, not even press and hold for 30 seconds to perform a "hard shutdown". I had to turn off the device with the power switch. After trying the suggestions from the included troubleshooting page that they sent along with the box, nothing helped. I reinstalled RAM and GPU, connected all cables and powered on. Again no video. What's really frustrating is that I received the computer at 8pm PT this Friday and they close at 6pm PT. They don't work weekends either. I will update the review after speaking to support/tech support. It's not cool, not for the price.
