it’s not shocking for me :(
I bought the product in attempt to train my dog to not chase after everything he sees. The collar’s chime, vibrant and light works great, but I cannot get it to shock? I can hear the collar attempting to make noise but there is no electricity.Disappointed since this is the second time this has happened to me with two different brands.If you think I’m doing something wrong, please comment!

- The collar's shock feature may not be adjustable, leading to increased discomfort for the dog
