This product really does curb my appetite as advertised but what I enjoyed the most was the energy and mood boost. I don't know what ingredient or combination of ingredients made this possible, but I was happy and grateful. I often have a hard time in the afternoon, but taking it in the morning and again at noon has helped me have a physically and mentally productive day. It was like a natural good mood and there were no hiccups. The tablets are large, but the shape and consistency make them easy to swallow. I just took two. They're a bit pricey, but excuse the cliché, you get what you pay for. I bought my first bottle because it was on sale and I was annoyed with my extra 10 pounds post menopause. :-) After that I bought it because it works!
