If you have the same situation as me. Where your headphone jack is practically "raised" or messed up. Then it is important to find an alternative to listening to lectures or videos with headphones. I got them out of curiosity to see if they would support scaling lectures and videos. For the first part if worked for video and a review said this device does not work with zoom. I found this wrong as they miraculously worked for me during my Zoom talks. It all depends on the right sound. If you can adjust the sound, change it to "Speakers (2 - USB Audio Device"). It might help if you try to connect. Hope it helps :)
