Strange clicking, strange build quality

So I bought this to add the ATT Now app to my TV and it worked great when I pressed the button on the remote. My complaint here is that the build quality feels poor and the buttons feel like one cog doesn't line up with another cog when turning. Everything works as advertised from what I have tested but it will definitely not replace my original remote.
