I got one of the used options for $108 but it arrived in about a week and looks brand new. I had a Lenovo IPS monitor probably 7 years old and an old 2008 Asus TN that eventually died. When I put it next to my other IPS monitor it looks much better and sharper even though they are the same resolution. I'm sure it's partly a slightly higher DPI (21.5 inches vs. 22 inches at 1080p) but the matte finish is invisible and while I haven't noticed it at all for the past 7 years, it has an impact the image on my Lenovo. It's bright and after some tweaking it looks very nice and bright but still looks accurate. There's also no glare, which is nice. Add to that the slim bezels and built-in USB hub and I'm very pleased. I can't wait for my other to show up now. YEAR AND HALF UPDATE I still love these monitors. I haven't touched the settings since I calibrated them. You still look brilliant. USB still works great. Still no bleeding, fading or dead pixels. Especially since I got them so cheap that I am incredibly happy with the purchase.
