Not waterproof best in my rating

They were so cute and fit my daughter very well. She loved her! We live next to a river so after the first rain we went down to check it out and the first 2 seconds she walked in the water she had wet feet. She wasn't submerged, but the soles of her boots were in the water. She immediately said that her feet were wet. Great for the cold but if you're looking for water resistance this isn't it.

Pros

The outsole of the boots is made of high-quality rubber, which provides excellent grip on slippery surfaces. This feature protects your child when walking on snow or wet surfaces.
