I had to change my rating. Bought the scale late last year. I planned to use it way more often than I did, but that didn't happen. life lol. Finally, last month I started using it again and at first didn't realize there was a problem. Now remember that I've used it maybe 20 times so far. I got on the scale and it showed I had gained 3 pounds which made no sense given the 800 calorie diet I was on. Of course I went to the doctor and lost 7 pounds. When I got home I looked at the scale and it was a completely different number. I got out and back in after the lights went out and a 5lb difference from a few seconds earlier. I changed the batteries and tried again. still far away I've had two other people try the same thing and it happened again. There was always a difference in quantity and always by 3 or 4 pounds. It's safe to say that the scale didn't work properly after a few uses, which is a shame because now is the time I need it the most. Do not buy!
