These help a lot! I've had terrible foot pain for the past couple years due to wearing heels for years and growing up in ballet. These are incredibly economical as similar products can only be used once or be placed in one pair of shoes where as these are reusable. I prefer to stick them to skin as I tend to change shoes a lot throughout the day. They could use to be a little stickier but they are completely reusable and do not lose much stickiness over time. They do not make shoes feel tighter but it does help redistribute the weight on the ball of the foot. I got instant and long lasting relief although they were a little weird to get used to at first. I have not yet used them in heels but I am very excited to.
