This is my 3rd knife from Yoshiriro and I'm completely happy with it, as I am with the other knives. I am a professional chef and I use these every day. I have also recommended yoshihiro knives to my coworkers for years. Razor sharp, holds an edge very well and beautiful craftsmanship.
- Not too stiff or too brittle, feels just right. I'm delighted with it.
- The knife may be too small for some users’ needs, limiting its versatility in the kitchen
