Review on Custom SAILEAD Dash Cover For Ford F150 2015-2017 Models by Joe Jimenez

I got this for my 2006 Ford F150, even though the listing says it’s for this truck in the 2015 through ‘17 models only. I took a chance and discovered, it’s not perfect, but a pretty good fit. It’s wide enough and the slots where the air must come through to defrost the windshield fit well. There’s too much material along the front edge, though. And the center cutout isn’t big enough for my truck’s compartment.I put the mat in place and then used sharp scissors to trim the front edge. I enlarged the center cutout, and trimmed off the back cross piece of fabric. My wife assisted by sewing this back on in the correct spot, and running a wide band stitch along the front edge I’d customized.All that said, the fabric seems a little cheap, but durable. And after all, the item is inexpensive, and it does its job, which is to keep the fierce Arizona sun off the exposed top of the dashboard.
