I use this product for a full top. I'm only my third week with dentures but my gums have already started to shrink so I needed glue. I saw a YouTube video of a guy using them along with cream glue. I thought it looked overdone as they are designed to work as is. I was right, they work great for me with water spray. I have a small water spray that I use for ironing. I install the spacer on top after I cut out the triangle at the back. I spray them with water, put them in my mouth and sort of suck them back into place. I don't cut anything because I honestly don't notice the excess. In just a minute I feel like they are safe and they stay safe ALL DAY. There may be other adhesives but I have tried these and they are tasteless, non-sticky and work as advertised. I order more!
