First off let me say this is a great product and I am personally thrilled with it. That being said, if you ordered the "watermelon" flavor (like me) and your taste buds aren't quite dead yet, you might want to change the proportions up a bit. Label Says: Add 3 level scoops to 10-14 oz of water and mix well. When I did, the taste was "awful". At first I thought I did something wrong or that I just got an inferior product. Then I started experimenting. To get the watermelon flavor, add one (1) scoop to 10-14 oz of water and mix well. The more additives you add after that, the more bitter it gets. But the serving size is 3 scoops! Should I be drinking 30-42 ounces of water at a time? Here's what works for me: I mix 1.5 scoops with 16-18 ounces of water and drink it at home, about 20-30 minutes before my workout. Then I mix another 1.5 scoops with another 16-20 ounces of water, take it to the gym and drink it during my workouts.
