I'm very dissatisfied with the product I bought from SAMCOM's online shop. The device I was sent was both antiquated and unreliable, despite the company's assurances that it used state-of-the-art technology. There was no resolution to my problem after I contacted customer support, and they were unhelpful and unresponsive when I did. If you're searching for quality and originality, SAMCOM is not for you.
