So I know I won't say much that others haven't said, but I should have just reiterated how amazing this is; and believe me I was skeptical. When it arrived it was so thin and soft that I didn't think it could do anywhere near what it and others had claimed. But he did and still does. My knee has been killing me for months. Ibuprofen and other over-the-counter meds didn't really help with the pain and I was tired of taking them so I tried it more or less out of desperation. Anyway, I put it on and there was instant relief. I do not have you. After a few minutes, the pain was almost completely gone. I can't tell you how amazed I was from opening the package to 5 minutes after putting it on and being virtually pain free. If I walk more than usual on any given day, some of the pain will return for a while, but I have no discomfort. You put it on, and now about a month later I don't even know when it's on. Very comfortable and so thin.
