I order this set because I love the smell of shampoo and conditioner. It arrived, loved it, pulled out the brush and it cracked, applied oil to my beard, I could only leave it there for 30 seconds before having to wash it off. The smell doesn't go with something like shampoo and conditioner. contacted them about the smell and a broken brush which they replaced with a brush after about 4 emails. Keep asking about the scent and asking if they can replace it or send me a bunch of samples so I can find one I like. They don't have a sample kit and haven't done anything to replace it. I told them I had to go elsewhere for a number of rehearsals, they said good luck. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, needless to say my business is going to live bearded now. You get the best guarantees, if you don't like the fragrance they will replace it or send it back for free.
