This skirt is beautiful and my daughter loves it. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the tulle was not sewn very evenly to the belt. It's a bit random, but most won't notice when putting them on, so it still deserves four stars. I'm a little concerned that the tulle might catch on something and tear, but that applies to all tulle, not just this item.
