I've wanted this for so many years. I really don't know why it took me so long to finally buy it. Not only does it work well as a paring knife, I've used it to make spaghetti shapes with all sorts of things. My first thing was an apple. I just flipped it and ate the apple spaghetti, I tossed it in the salad. It looked cool, was fun to eat, and there weren't any chunks in it so it was easier to eat. Of course I made potatoes next.
