This is not an escape device
I would appreciate additional instructions on this collar to prevent the cat from escaping. I've put on everything I can and the harness seems to fit properly, but the cat runs away when scared or wants to chase the lizard. It looks like the harness should be escape proof, so there must be something that can be done.
