Can't be hard on the iPad was a refurbished item and the sound didn't work when I got it Then this Real fun began. I returned the iPad and case, which I also bought from the UPS store, for a refund and everything was fine. Now a month later I still have no refund or no iPad. It seems that I mixed up the elements and now I'm waiting for a solution to the problem.
