We walk the dog at night in an area with no street lights and sidewalks. Being visible to cars while walking down the street is CRITICAL. As one of several accessories for this purpose, this LED collar is ideal. And fun! I bet on blue and voila, everyone sees it; My DH sets it to blink (where it changes color every second - there are 6 colors) and voila, everyone can see it AND our dog wears a super cool piece of jewelry. An added benefit is that he can walk around the garden at night and always see where he is. I'm also impressed with how long it lasts on a charge. You have to charge it via USB (it comes with a cable that we plug into our iPhone wall adapter). While we typically let it charge for a couple of hours, you can typically get some juice in 15-20 minutes. And once charged, it lasts about a week (7-8 walks of 30 minutes each - so 4 hours). The only downside is that I ordered the XL which is a bit big so I had to adjust the size. Because it is folded and thicker than a regular collar, I am unable to undo the initial crease and therefore the collar does not lie flat on my dog's neck. Annoying but not annoying. We've had it for about 2 months now. Would buy again!
