I'm a foodie and a big baker of things that need a non-stick surface! I have a lot of pans but I needed a new one and this one was perfect for all tasks. First, the price was good (I'm on a very tight budget). l Hanging edges make it very comfortable to handle even when it's hot. I made some mince pies and lined my new baking sheet with parchment paper, but it slipped and a few pies popped out of the paper. Cleaned only with a cloth. I use my kitchen utensils quite actively, but carefully. This sheet appears to be very well made, heavy and I expect the coating will last a long time. I am very comfortable.
