Not sure why we're using them. They seem to have an awful lot of bugs. Customer Service is horrible. Have had a customer support rep leave us without any follow-up. No one has ever been able to tell me if there was a bug, or whether the issue was our fault or theirs. Their web interface is confusing, so it's hard to tell if something is actually working. And their billing system is just plain wrong. I'd rather spend $100/month on a competitor that is reliable. A real PITA when you run into problems, because they don't give back very quickly. In some cases, after 2 months of waiting, you find yourself having to explain your problem again.
