FAST, like everything, it came with an adapter, ran cool and didn't use a watt. Windows boot times and app load times were impressively quick. (I have a WD MyBook that I use for backups so I haven't lost any of my "important files" but if I did it would be my stupid mistake right? 90 days and over isn't in the direct return of Revain included with this item so I had to contact OCZ to get an RMA OCZ sent the replacement back within a week but they needed a signature and they shipped it to my home address not my work address as I requested , so I had to take it to your local federal agency Reserve Former store For me it's only about 15 miles to FedEx round trip but geese To reduce the risk of another major loss I decided to upgrade to a new western Digital Caviar Black hard drive with a capacity of 1 TB SATA III 7200 rpm as the primary hard drive Good storage, high ratings, large capacity and performance 60 GB OCZ-SSD is now serving Windows swap and temp files as well as my work/build zone for presentations, recordings, film mov, music, pictures. , DVD and CD. This fast pup is perfect for this role. I'm just a little embarrassed because it can't be used as a primary or boot device and it's too small for long-term storage. I'm only adding all this because you care about money, time, reliability and value for money. You might want to stick with the 'old stuff' until all those 'new stuff' become more reliable and come down in price. I'm sure both will happen soon enough.
