Seems like a good bike but it took a long time to put together without instructions and unlike the other reviewers I didn't have a pleasant customer experience . Service. I was told that the website has general instructions on how to build a bike (not specific to this bike) and that if I'm still having trouble, I should take it to a bike shop. I was also told that there were no instructions with this bike because it was not originally intended to be sold disassembled (he said very condescendingly!). I told him that now that it's being sold that way, I think there should at least be a basic instruction manual in the box!
