Great Product for building your Database
Databowl has been instrumental in helping us build our database, and help us identify our target market. The team at Databowl has been very responsive to our requests and questions. The platform is easy to use, and the team is always willing to help. I have not found anything I dislike about the product. I highly recommend Databowl to anyone looking to build a database of their target market. We are able to target new clients and build a database of new prospects. We are also able to validate leads before we send them to a sales rep.
Pros
- Easy user interface; data uploads easily into Salesforce via SOQL Queries/ampql queries using OWD relationships with ease! It's great for validation purposes (lead scoring) as well when building out your marketing strategy through SFCC system integration capabilities from within Apex code
Cons
- Nothing really stands out that I can say detractors my usage personally
