I bought this to use with the Home Assistant + Rhasspy project. I tried installing on both Raspberry Pi 4B and Raspberry Pi Zero. The audio output (text-to-speech) is okay in both cases. It's loud and clear enough to be heard and understood in a large family room. Unfortunately, I hear a constant clicking from the speakers ALSO in standby. This happens on both Pi4 and Pi Zero and in different rooms, so something is clearly wrong with the board. Microphone/Recording. totally useless. Tried to adjust the gain - to no avail. Unless I'm 6 inches away and speaking directly to him out loud, he picks up almost nothing. Recorded audio playback is barely audible, and speech-to-text conversion can't accurately decode almost anything. Unless I'm screaming straight into the mic. Yes. it returns.
