I like that it is easy to use for our team members who are new at flow gear as well as those with experience using other products such as Zapier or Intercoms.
It's also great because you can create your own integrations between any two apps/services without having an expensive developer onboard. The customer support could be better sometimes but they do respond quickly when we have questions about their product. We're solving some of our internal data problems by integrating this tool into our workflow system.
