🚗 Dorman 742-288 Power Window Motor: A Reliable Choice for Ford Models Review

Worked great in my 13 focus. Installation is a bit fiddly, but that has nothing to do with the excellent quality of this product.

My widow's engine broke so I bought this one. Installation took 15 minutes and works great. For the price I paid this is a good window regulator motor.

Getting to the screws can be a little tricky but with patience it costs money so it's a lot cheaper than taking it to the mechanic.

Installed on Focus SE 2012. The window was dead in the up position. You can replace the motor without removing the ESC etc with a very small ratchet and a T-25. It was also not necessary to remove the loudspeaker.

Works. Nothing more to say. I was able to remove the three mounting screws and replace the motor while the controller assembly was still in the door (just had to loosen all of the mounting screws so I could move it). The factory engine was full of water, like all other defective units on the pipe.
