I like the long handle. This is especially helpful for older people who have trouble reaching their backs to clean. It will 100% do. Just do not overdo it, because such a brush can remove the skin from you! But seriously, this is a good brush. It's just not the soft kind. There are plenty of soft ones sold by other companies, but that makes them almost useless to me. I thought of bristles. What is Tampico fiber? My only concern was that they might be softer than the slightly shorter Rediker brush. However, this is not a problem. Aside from the different bristles, this is the same brush as the previous one; only longer. Oddly enough, the Redecker doesn't have a name of its own on this long-handled brush model. However, this is the same as the ones that have her name on them. Same wood, same finish, same cord. The same, the same!
