I love this product. I would only make one change, I find the bristles too stiff! They will likely soften with time and use. Other than that, I LOVE its length and have no other complaints! If you are looking for a great bath brush, this is the answer.

I gave this product a total of 5 stars. 5 stars for durability and ease of use and 1 star for softness. But that's just a reflection of "softness" as an inappropriate criterion for a Tampico bristle brush. The Tampico brush should be coarse; the opposite of a soft brush. And that. Really very rough. This is a great Tampico brush.

Maybe one or the other will have better luck, but even if you hang it upside down to dry after use, either the bristles or the glue used break and the brush smells disgustingly of old boiled onions. I mean it's bad. I thought we had a shower drain problem, but it's definitely because of that brush, and it almost cost me the plumber's fee. I started returning this morning. (Oh, and Tampico bristles are too stiff. Suitable for legs, but too stiff for many backs.)

Advantages: Well made, solid materials. Cons: I was looking for a brush that would scrub my back well. But be careful what you wish for. In this case I have a very hard brush. I suppose it gives my back skin a healthy workout, but my goodness, sometimes I have to bite the bullet! As I hung it in the dry part of the shower, the area around the bristles began to darken, presumably due to mold. I'm not too upset about this, but I'll probably end up having to use an anti-mold treatment.

I just LOVE this bath brush. For me the most important thing is the length and secondly the stiffness of the bristles. The brush is long enough to brush my feet in the shower and the bristles are a bit stiff (great for exfoliating) but still flexible enough for more sensitive areas. In fact, this is my second brush and the first I've had in many years. Yes, years are plural. You probably can't go wrong with any Redecker brush, but I can personally vouch for the 19-5/8" Tampico Fiber Bath Brush…

I like the long handle. This is especially helpful for older people who have trouble reaching their backs to clean. It will 100% do. Just do not overdo it, because such a brush can remove the skin from you! But seriously, this is a good brush. It's just not the soft kind. There are plenty of soft ones sold by other companies, but that makes them almost useless to me. I thought of bristles. What is Tampico fiber?
