Review on Maximize Storage Space with MISSLO Hanging Organizer for Clothes and Bathroom by Chris Barreto

Too light, won't stay in place - see EDIT

I was very disappointed with these hooks. They seem strong enough but the hook part is very small - difficult to hold a good thick bath towel on it. More problematic, however, is that they are very light, the part that hooks onto the door is very short on the loose side (the flat side that attaches the part to the opposite side of the door) and they don't stay in place, when items are removed from them. Larger family members have less difficulty as they can reach and hold the part of the hook that goes over the top of the door when removing the item from the hook. I'm not big enough to do that and they just fly away scratching the door. I took some high-tack felt pads to be placed under the furniture's legs and glued the hooks everywhere except for the part that lays flat on the top of the door. It worked, but I won't buy it again. I have cheap plastic hooks from the dollar store that are just as light but wider and with a longer base; They last longer and stay in place with no issues. EDIT: Less than 12 hours after the above review was posted, I received an email from Misslo Customer Service offering to refund my payment. I didn't answer right away, then I had problems with my computer and wasn't online for several days. When I logged back in today, I received a second email reminding me that I had not accepted a refund and other offers of compensation. Although I didn't like the hooks I ordered, I would order from this company again at any time. This kind of customer service is impressive.
