Review on Fitness Cryosphere Cold Massage Roller Wellness & Relaxation by James Wing

I have not used this product for cold therapy, only for heat therapy. It is very easy to use and clean. It stays warm for almost 10 minutes (after heating in water for about 10 minutes). The only thing that I think could be improved is the textured grip (more textured grip could be used around the base of the massager instead of just around the rim). I was also worried about getting the metal ball hot and melting the plastic, but that wasn't a problem. You also need to be careful as the metal ball can get very hot. Personally I like to heat up a metal ball and start using it over clothing (doesn't work well with jeans, only works over thinner clothing) and then when it cools apply directly to skin. Overall I am happy with this massager and it is a reasonable price.
