We love our new plant stand, but putting it together was somewhat of a nightmare. It's much easier to look at the pictures given in the instruction booklet than to read the instructions themselves.BETTER INSTRUCTIONS:1. Sort wood pieces and screws so they are all separate.2. Use pointy wood screws to attach crossbars to the front and back legs.3. Connect front and back with flat machine screws and bolts.4. Attach shelves by hooking the front over the front crossbar and screwing the back into the back legs with wood screws.5. Use machine screws and bolts to secure the top bars to the base, it is adjustable (in the picture, we have it on the highest setting).6. Use wood screws to attach the last pole on the top so plants can hang.
