Review on RevenueXL Medical Transcription Service by Ben Alvarez

I love that this service is fast (and cheap!). It can't be said enough how great it was for us when we were working at an ER in which doctors had only one computer with limited access! The interface leaves much room for improvement as far as navigating through their system goes. There are many other companies out there who do almost all you need but charge 10x what they cost or less. Great option if price fits budget! We used revenue XL mainly because of our low salary/cost structure vs being able to have higher priced software. We are using revenuexl for our inbound calls from health care providers across multiple states! It is very easy with their live chat function which allows us so much flexibility when working remotely or traveling as well!! Highly recommend this service. There really isn't anything that I dislike about them other than they need better customer support because sometimes it can be difficult getting through at times during peak hours/weeks - but overall everything has been great thus far. !
