Review on LoyaltyOne by Jhonathan Bagwell

The system is very easy to navigate as you can see your own info, add new cards or edit existing ones at any time so there's no need to wait until they update it with all those changes! There should be more ways to add cards like creating them through an app that users could download onto their phones and use in stores. You have to create the card manually which takes longer than I'd really prefer. It would help if customers could just log into this online platform and get access to their rewards/club information right then instead of having to go out to a store to do it or get someone else to do it for them. This has been great to keep track of my personal rewards but also helps employees know who to offer club memberships too.
