These bar stools are among the worst I have ever encountered. They have major manufacturing defects that cause the welds to simply break and render the chairs unusable. I contacted the retailer for a refund but they told me their guarantee is only 30 days. After about eight or nine months, bowel movements began to fail. I disassembled them all and sent them for recycling. For what I had to pay for those two pieces of junk, I was able to buy three from one of the most popular stores nationwide. Don't waste money!
