Review on ๐Ÿญ Deluxe Critter Nation Cage: Midwest's Premier Midwest Edition for Optimal SEO by Jamie Denison

Revainrating 4 out of 5

After a nightmare experience, I finally have a cage.

I spent almost 2 hours assembling the cage before I started looking at the parts. Everything was bent and couldn't fit together. I requested a replacement which was sent promptly. Attempting to put the faulty cage back in the crate added to my frustration. Luckily when I got back Revane was working with me and I was able to cry I was so grateful. Yesterday I got a new cage and the nightmare started all over again. This cage also had many bent parts and again could not be assembled as it was. Since Revain didn't ask me to send another cage, I was able to find parts with minor imperfections and tap the bent parts just enough to put them back together. This swapping of parts and forging continued for about an hour until I finally got the cage after 2 weeks, muscle aches and a few tears of frustration. I don't know if the problem is poor manufacturing or shipping, but be prepared for a headache with this cage. If I knew then what I know now, I would have tried Revain, a mock version of Thing Nation, to see how it would go. The price is almost the same but I'm really not happy with this experience and the customer service I received from Midwest Home for Pets. I don't need to deal with this again, but I feel ripped off. Nobody should pay that much for a cage only to get two bad ones.
