I ended up returning this item but I think it's a quality product. Previously I tried a wedge that was SUPER hard (wedge cushion made from DMI foam) and I had to return it. I then tried this wedge and a few other lounge chairs and pillows to see which ones I could use for reading in bed so I didn't have to buy a reading chair. it's well made, huge and puts you in a technically reasonable reading angle, but it's 1. too stiff for my liking and 2. holds me up too high for my liking - i'd like to be a little more reclined when i'm reading it allows me The eLuxurySupply Reading Wedge Bed Pillow I tried was too soft. One of the sun loungers was too short (standard sun lounger is 18 inches high). I ended up leaving two things to read in bed - a large (21″, not the usual 18″) chaise longue (Arlee Suedes oversized chaise longue) that I use on my couch to sit sideways (this works for the bed too ), and a memory foam wedge (Avana Back Rest Memory Foam Back/Lumbar Pillow) which was more comfortable than this one and still holds me upright but slightly restrained. but I think it was a close competitor, very well made and a quality product. A lot of people like it and it's more comfortable than the wedge I tried a long time ago, but finally I thought I wouldn't use it often because it's too stiff and not the right angle for me, just be aware, that it is very large so if you are short on space you may have problems with storage.
