Doesn't activate well for mobile phones
Returned after several activation attempts. I am still waiting for a refund after a return received 5 days ago. I even asked AT&T for help. It has a different operating system than direct purchase. Wi-Fi, hotspot, website and phone used. If I can't figure it out (I have 6 other phones I manage, different types) my 85 year old dad doesn't stand a chance.
