is too stupid. I was looking for an easy to use flip phone and this one didn't disappoint. Great quality and does what it's supposed to.

Such little flips are hard to find. The seller sent me a link to the online manual. I really wish there was a hard copy. But that's what it is. Just so lucky to have this precious little phone. For real.

This is my regular phone, all functions work fine except SMS where it often misses letters, like SPACE often goes to 0 and I need to make a backup to fix it.

This flip has a large screen, so it is very easy to use, especially for the elderly. It has a simple, user-friendly menu and large buttons that make the device easier to use. I love this flip phone and it solves my problem of having an easy to use device for my mom!

Returned after several activation attempts. I am still waiting for a refund after a return received 5 days ago. I even asked AT&T for help. It has a different operating system than direct purchase. Wi-Fi, hotspot, website and phone used. If I can't figure it out (I have 6 other phones I manage, different types) my 85 year old dad doesn't stand a chance.

The product was fine for a clamshell. I bought it for my husband who insisted that smartphones were too complicated for him. As an iPhone user, this phone seemed overly complicated to me. I sent it back to the company. After numerous contacts with the company and Revain, it took over a month to receive my refund. Even though the purchase was PRIME I still couldn't return it through Revain. I had to send the phone back to the seller. Downgrading for lack of customer support.

Works well but the product comes with no printed user manual and no link to a downloadable PDF file. Bought for my wife as her old LG flip phone was no longer supported by her AT&T carrier. She had to take this new phone to her local AT&T store to activate the built in SIM card and was given a very brief demo to get started with it, but there was no owner's manual or online manual. So she gets stuck if she doesn't know how to reset or move properly! Ridiculous and complete lack of customer…

Since AT&T was phasing out 3G, I needed a replacement for my dad's Motorola Razr foldable phone. He didn't understand the smartphone and needed something to get used to. This phone is great! It's similar to the Razr in size and button layout. The learning curve for him is minimal. It's actually a much better phone as it runs Android and gets Android updates from AT&T. It also has internet access and other features that make it a powerful flip phone for those who need these modern features.
