Review on CINGULAR SMARTFLIP U102AA Complete SimBros by Farhad Cantu

Works well but the product comes with no printed user manual and no link to a downloadable PDF file. Bought for my wife as her old LG flip phone was no longer supported by her AT&T carrier. She had to take this new phone to her local AT&T store to activate the built in SIM card and was given a very brief demo to get started with it, but there was no owner's manual or online manual. So she gets stuck if she doesn't know how to reset or move properly! Ridiculous and complete lack of customer support! Abs bt customer service
