Review on 🚰 Corrugated Stainless Steel Water Heater Connector - Eastman 437524, 3/4" x 1" FIP, 24" ID x 26" OD, Silver by Fred Novak

Ordered two 24"L - 1" x 3/4" flex couplings. One of the two arrived without the black rubber washer on the 3/4" end, searched the box and packaging carefully. I would like to contact the seller and ask them to send the washer but it seems that is my only option is to return them the entire item and reorder? That seems like a waste of all resources. Does anyone have any suggestions, they don't look like standard rubber washers. Will improve my rating if I can get in touch with the seller, to solve the problem.
