The product is nice but I gave it three stars because there were already a few scratches on the glass upon unboxing, nothing that would be immediately noticeable but if you look closely, like when you shake the sand because it gets stuck...which brings me to my next point: it gets stuck in one direction a little more than the other. Not too bad, but a click or shake will usually get it moving again. Not bad enough to make me want to return it, but I know some Karen will be pissed. The only thing I would like to say is that I had to re-tighten the bars when I took them out of the box. 2 out of 3 bars were quite loose but that was an easy fix, just thought I'd mention it. I'm not going to say I would buy anyone another one as a gift, but I will say "I would consider it." & "Nice."
